better… I’ve been dealing with a bag cough and sore throat for 3 weeks
now… Is this the only thing you drank in one day?? Is their a way we
could chat one on one? I am going to start this detox on Sept

the urge to snack on unhealthy things? I know you said you sometimes snack
on sunflower seeds but Im not a huge fan of those. I usually try to snack
on fruit if i have any but if not i automatically go right for chips or
crackers. I do calorie counting and cant seem to get to the 1500 the doctor
said to do and Ive gained 4 pounds in about 2 months because of it. Just
thought I would ask you for some advice. <3

Your doing great! Haha of course kids always look for way to poke fun at
the parents….I have 5 of them and they love to remind me of my age.
