I’m gonna start watching your videos while I Work out… Video Suggestion: all your videos are motivational but could you make a Vid just saying motivational phrases “You Can Do It!” “Don’t Stop”.. etc… maybe adding a few jokes. Get what I’m saying? Lol I just love how you talk.
There are so many plans for weight loss and getting fit. However, it’s hard for skinny people to wanna gain some healthy weights to look average. I’m so thin, my arms looks like a child’s arm would look like. I eat decently everyday but gain no weight..weighting 41kg sucks & I’m already 19. Need some tips and help on putting on healthy weight to look better, feel better. :\ 🙁
LOL “stay away from that glycerin” LMBO he is hilarious…I will join you on the scalcation. The scale is not doing anything for my motivation nor my self esteem. 3 months ago I decided enough was enough, its time to get healthy and do this thing. 2 years ago I lost 100lbs now I am back in the gym every morning at 5am so I will continue to PUSH myself but not weigh myself the entire month of August. Will Ty be checkin in w/us & doing friendly reminders? I hope I remember LOL. Thanks for sharing
I’m not sure it’s a good idea to weigh in every day is it? I lost 45 lbs with weightwatchers a # of yrs ago & the weekly weigh ins/meetings were really helpful, there’s sort of an accountability or something when you involve others (which you’re doing here). Unfortunately I’ve managed to gain back about 25 of those lbs so am going to get back on the program in a week or so.
Best of luck to you in weight loss journey… Totally up to you how often you weigh yourself… For me it was important to know the choices I was making everyday were being reflected on the scale. I did not want to do something that I “thought” was working only to find that after a week…. I was wrong… Just gave me peace of mind!
Lol! I will try to get out a mid month update to keep you all posted! Hopefully all goes well! Thanks for joining me! I will check in with you as well!
Weight management is a challenge for many, but typically all about calories… Calories in and calories burned… Anyone interested in gaining lean muscle/weight should simply increase the amount of calories they eat each day and have a work out regimen… It is always best to eat 6 – 8 meals a day and ensure they are well rounded (include protein, carbs, and fats) You may have to play with the amount of calories you are taking in to find the ideal amount for you, but that should do the trick!
Lol! Thanks!

This isn’t something I have personal knowledge of (lol) but I have heard that working out can add muscle even if you are real thin.
Good plan :)
